How Anxiety Spoke Through Her Body—and What Frequency Work Revealed

I haven’t shared much publicly about the Healy frequency device in while but have been working with the device for over five years. But lately, something has shifted. Clients, friends, and even those I hadn’t connected with in a while or just recently met, have been reaching out, asking about sessions, pain relief, and emotional support. It’s as if something in their hearts (or bodies) whispered, "It’s time".

Recently, I had a session that deeply reminded me why I do this work and why it might be time to share these stories again.

A woman reached out with tension and pain throughout her mouth, jaw, and down her neck. We began the session by setting a clear intention: to release restriction in her jaw and neck for optimal movement, to calm the nerve pain in her tooth, and to welcome in more joy. I ran a scan using the Healy and identified the top five frequencies that were low in her field. I then sent those vibrations to her with this healing intention.

Not long after, she texted to say she felt both relief and—unexpectedly—a surge of anxiety. Later that day, she had a session with her therapist, where they explored what had come up emotionally. Together, they discovered something powerful: her jaw and neck pain had likely been masking deeper anxiety. With the pain relieved, the emotion underneath had room to rise.

This is not uncommon.

As a Reiki Master and frequency device practitioner, I’ve witnessed many times how the body holds pain as a way to manage emotions we aren’t yet ready to feel. Sometimes we carry tension not because something is physically "wrong," but because our system is doing its best to protect us from the intensity of unprocessed fear, grief, or stress. When frequencies begin to balance and support the body, those protective patterns begin to shift—and that can be both beautiful and tender.

Healing isn’t always linear. Sometimes, the relief of pain opens the door to long-held emotions that are finally ready to be acknowledged. In this woman’s case, the anxiety wasn't new—it had been quietly humming beneath the surface. With her body no longer clenching against it, she could finally name it, feel it, and work through it with the support of her therapist.

This is the heart of what I love about frequency work. It doesn’t just treat symptoms. It invites your whole being, as in body, mind, and spirit, to come into greater harmony and awareness. It supports your system in unwinding what no longer serves, gently but powerfully.

If you’ve been experiencing pain, tension, or emotional overwhelm, your body might be speaking on behalf of something deeper. Frequency work, paired with intention and openness, can help you tune in, release, and heal from the inside out.

I’m honored to hold space for those ready to explore this kind of healing. If you're curious about what a session might look like for you, or if you feel that nudge to reach out, trust that. Trust the timing that brought you here.
