Intention and Manifestation 101

Intention (noun) 1. a determination to act a certain way 2. the thing you plan to do or achieve; an aim or purpose

We mentioned setting intentions with energy and how powerful they can be. Intentions can be used for everything in life from finding your perfect home, to healing, to your business goals and beyond! 

 

I took a course a few years ago on this topic with Julie Tunador and Malaena Mullen based on the Lynne McTaggerts trainings. Intention refers to a desire that one means to carry out. Intentions is very similar to manifestation and works similarly to the Laws of Attraction, the ability to attract into our lives whatever we are focusing on. 

 

Studies have shown, we spend 95% of our time in our subconscious and 80% are negative thoughts. During this time, themes or thought patterns can be found that show our paradigms (ex I am not enough). You can shift these to the positive (Everything works out for me) by sending clear intentions and energy toward what you want; which strengthens the light and pulls it into your reality. YES Thoughts are light energy, research has proven this.

 

The 4 steps to manifestation by setting intentions and using energy:

 

  1. Make a decision - what do you really want? (The subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between what is real and what is imagined) Think about The Law of Manifestation ~ The mind is the most powerful tool when it comes to manifesting your desired reality. Being consciously aware of the decisions you are making, living in the present and taking action toward your goal/outcome are the keys to mastering this law.  

  2. Practice Unconditional Love - you can only receive what you feel you deserve. This is where it gets messy because our desires and fears can get confused, often known as “stuck”. We need to send our intentions out, clear of any fears and doubts, and release control of the “how”. Think about LOVE as a much stronger vibration, then fear. 

  3. Open up to the Possibilities - Asking the Universe and being in Gratitude. With the Law of Delicate Balance we must balance ourselves by appreciating what you have now before the Universe brings you more abundance and more of what you want. 

  4. Experience the Reality of Your Dreams. You have imagined and decided what you want with a clear intention, you have released your fears, doubts and old beliefs while moving into gratitude, asking and opening to receive.


It’s time to take action and behave as if what your desire is already yours, it’s time to expect your results!
